Bryce Alton, co-founder of Nudie Jeans, and wife Rebecca have bought a renovation project just outside of Byron Bay. They’ve spent $2.4 million on a 1970s house in Suffolk Park, some 300m from the beach.
Byron Beach Realty agents Diana Green and Louise Carmichael sold the two-bedroom brick home that sits on 665sq m.

The Altons retain a stylish $6.2 million Paddington terrace redesigned by Luigi Rosselli which they bought from billionaires Greg and Anna Goodman in 2017.
The Goodmans bought it for $4.2 million from then Westpac executive Michael Correa and his wife, interior stylist Heidi Carter.
Correa and Carter were trading homes last week with their Vaucluse home sold to former Dentsu chief growth officer Stephen Knowles and his wife Kaye for around $16 million.
